Even before industry regulations were in place, Hazeldenes were committed to animal welfare delivering innovations such as RSPCA approved and Free-Range options. Our approach is that high standards of care for our birds are the foundation for a humane and sustainable way of doing business.


It’s a commitment from our people that starts with our farms, breeding and rearing facilities and continues through to our world-class processing facilities.

We do things a little differently in the way we process and chill to deliver products of the highest possible quality to local butchers, major supermarket retailers and leading hospitality venues for consumers to enjoy. Ultimately, we believe you can taste the difference and that this better taste adds to the enjoyment.

At Hazeldenes, we are proud of our people, our reputation, and our place in the community. From humble beginnings in Kangaroo Flat in Bendigo, our facilities have spread across rural Victoria.
