Hazell Bros Group is a privately owned Australian company with roots dating back to 1944, evolving from a transport business into a diversified civil construction and services provider. It operates across four core lines—civil construction, equipment and industrial services, concrete, and quarries—with in-house quarrying and concrete capabilities to support end-to-end delivery. The group serves clients in Tasmania, South East Queensland, Northern New South Wales, and Port Pirie in South Australia, combining local knowledge with regional reach.

As a family-owned, mid-sized business, Hazell Bros emphasizes safety and workforce development as a foundational priority and maintains programs focused on health and well-being. In October 2024, the company announced a leadership change with the departure of its chief operating officer, reflecting ongoing evolution while pursuing its regional infrastructure projects.
