We’re hoping you came here because you are a Director, President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Treasurer, Analyst or other associate of a community bank or similar type organization. Years ago, one of our clients told us about the ways they tried to create a culture where all of their associates understood what a basis point meant to their bank. How each basis point saved on a million in deposits or earned on a million in loans was worth a hundred dollars to the bottom line. Over the years our conversations with clients expanded to how finding a hundred dollars in savings through operational efficiencies or earning a hundred dollars in fees equated back to that same basis point.
