HRC USA was established in 1990 in response to the special demands for high quality reinforcement in the seismic region of California. Being the focus branch of the HRC group, Headed Reinforcement Corp. undertakes most of the testing and certification of new HRC products.

Canada: HRC Canada was established in 1992 to serve the Hibernia project in Newfoundland, Canada. In the same period Canada supplied headed bars to the Prince Edward Island Bridge. During 2012-2020 HRC Canada produced T-headed bars, mechanical couplers and embedment plates for the HEBRON GBS and the West White Rose Extension Project.

HRC Europe, Norway was established in 1979. From 1985 Metalock Industrier / HRC Norway supplied T-Headed bars and mechanical splices/coupler systems to offshore installations in the North Sea. HRC in Scandinavia delivers a wide range of headed anchorage bars, mechanical splices, foundation bolts, cast-in-connections and anchorage of bridge guardrails to Railroads and Road works. Metro Copenhagen, Marieholm Tunnel Gothenburg, Hardanger Bridge and The New Much Museum in Oslo are some projects with HRC products.  

HRC Europe, Netherlands; HRC’s first Dutch project was the COVRA Nuclear waste facility, built by HBG (now BAM) in 2002.  HRC Europe NL BV has supplied to projects like the A12/A20 Paralellstructuur Gouda, The Isaladelta Kampen, Open IJ, Sluis Terneuzen, The Leadenhall Building, Strata Tower, 1 Bank Street, Two Fifty One (London).

HRC's production machines including HRC Production quality systems can be set up for local on-site production at Mega projects.
