HealthCARE Express was founded in January of 2006 in Texarkana, TX with our first clinic being located on Richmond Rd.  We own and operate urgent care facilities in the state of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, and in recent years we expanded our model to include other practices as well.  Today, we own seventeen urgent care and occupational medicine clinics, a Physical Therapy clinic, an Imaging Center, a Dermatology and Age Management clinic, and a 24-hour Sportsplex.

Here at HealthCARE Express, we have focused on developing a foundation to support our growing clinics by including our own billing, marketing, and staffing metrics programs that are unique in the industry and give us a competitive advantage.  In 2014, we finished a 16,000-foot expansion of our original building that allowed us to open our facility that now houses an imaging department as well as our billing services organization, Medical Practice Success (MPS), which was launched in 2015.

We pride ourselves on staying true to our core values and purpose so much, it's even on our name tags!  Internally, we promote amazing customer service, financial success, an awesome place to work, and great medical care!  Our purpose is to serve our communities, provide a WOWZA experience for our patients and customers, and leave a legacy of leaders.  Because of this, our company is very involved in each of our local communities!
