Anesco North Broward, LLC (Anesco) was established in July 1999, and has been in continuous operation for the past 23 years. The company is a physician owned and operated company with over 130 employees. Anesco was formed for to service facilities of the North Broward Hospital District, now Broward Health. The company’s owners are its own practicing physicians who provide anesthesia and pain management services. Anesco employs more than 80 clinicians, comprised of physicians, CRNAs, and certified anesthesiologist assistants (CAAs). In addition to its clinical services, Anesco employs nearly 30 additional support personnel in areas such as billing & collection, HR, revenue cycle consulting and credentialing operations. Anesco also has experience in providing outpatient anesthesia services at several regional Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Physician Offices. Anesco has supplied specialty anesthesia services for 62 surgical suites including in burn, cardiac, obstetrics/gynecology, and pediatrics operating rooms (ORs), as well as providing trauma services in Broward Health’s two Trauma Centers. Anesco has also supported Broward Medical Center’s Liver and Kidney Transplant Programs and their Cardiac Program.
