Healthier Choice Flooring, based in Dalton, Georgia, operates as a wholesale supplier of foam products for both residential and commercial flooring applications. Its product lines cover four main categories: carpet cushions, acoustical underlayments, hardwood floors, and luxury vinyl. The cushion products are designed for indoor environments with safety and comfort in mind, carrying UL GREENGUARD GOLD certification for extremely low VOC emissions and a built-in antimicrobial protection throughout the foam.

The company emphasizes environmental considerations by using soy-based materials that are rapidly renewable and that reduce global-warming emissions compared with traditional petroleum-based inputs. In 2018, coverage noted plans to expand production with a new 200,000-square-foot facility to manufacture padding for carpet and hard-surface flooring, reflecting growth in its manufacturing footprint.
