How does HealthStaff work? If you have an employee out on vacation, maternity leave or illness, we are only a phone call away. We schedule in advance for planned vacations and make every attempt to help you in emergency situations, so you can avoid the scheduling nightmare of canceling your patients and losing production. 

Our highly qualified staff is available on a per diem basis, for temporary to permanent placements and direct placement. We can also contract employees for various terms to cover seasonal fluctuations and other employee leaves of absence. 

If an employee is placed permanently, there is a small placement fee based on the annual salary of the individual. We recommend a short temping period prior to hiring to allow you, your staff and our employee to work together without commitment.
