Donna is a CERTIFIED LEAP therapist. The LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Program targets the identification and treatment of delayed food sensitivities utilizing the MRT® Mediator Release Test. It is the cutting edge, evidence based therapy of choice for clients suffering with Fibromyalgia, IBS, migraine & headaches, gut issues, and autoimmune conditions. Donna also provides LEAP mentorship for health professionals and dietitians who wish to utilize this therapy. Donna is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and it’s affiliates practice groups. Her private practice since 2005 focuses on food allergy & sensitivity identification and treatment, and resolving inflammation. This addresses body wide inflammation and “leaky gut” which are often the beginning of chronic illness. Donna conducts workshops, custom healthy cooking classes and weight management programs for individuals and groups. She is a frequent Corporate Wellness Program Health Educator conducting programs throughout San Diego, and Orange Counties As a fibromyalgia sufferer herself, Donna is passionate about helping clients regain their optimal health as she has, using effective, evidence based functional nutrition therapies and information.
