Healthy Futures is a holistic relationship education program. 

Since 2002, Healthy Futures (HF) has provided thousands of students in Massachusetts the resources and tools to make healthy choices for themselves.  Our mission is:
•	To empower teens to enjoy their lives, respect themselves and their bodies and further their dreams. 
•	Provide relationship education to help teens have healthy, fulfilling relationships.
•	Equip middle and high school students with the tools and resources to make healthy life decisions.

HF offers positive engaging curricula that will not only help students understand the benefits of making healthy choices in relationships, but will equip them with the skills to make and sustain choices to avoid high risk behaviors.

HF also supports parents in helping their teens in making healthy choices, supports teens in becoming peer leaders and helps communities engage youth and adults in conversations about teen sexuality and relationships.

Each of our program components complements the other and strengthens the lasting effect of the message that the choices that they make now will affect them later.

Healthy Futures provides medically accurate, developmentally appropriate information to middle and high school students on such topics as:

•	Achieving goals
•	Healthy relationships
•	Sexually transmitted diseases
•	Teen pregnancy
•	Media influence
•	Choosing to wait to become sexually active regardless of past choices
•	Boundaries and refusal skills
