HealthyMe is a nonprofit health and wellness hub that is committed to empowering individuals and families who have limited resources to improve their health and quality of life by providing information, access to clinical care a and community resources. Our dedicated team, including trained care coordinators and health navigators takes the time to identify needs and link clients to a variety of health and social care resources by working closely with collaborative partners. HealthyMe’s full time Behavioral Health Program provides in-person and virtual individual and family counseling as well as group mental health education. Our visiting organization program is designed to improve access to services in the northern Palm Beach County area by hosting complementary health and social care organizations on-site at HealthyMe.
