At Heart of the House Hospitality (HotHH), we are more than a staffing company, we focus on labor management and careers in the hospitality industry. We were founded in 2006 as ECU Staffing Multi-Services, Inc. We changed that name to Heart of the House Hospitality (HotHH) in 2017 to more accurately reflect our values. 

Our goal is to foster an atmosphere that is employee-focused, quality-driven, responsive, and innovative.
