HeartCloud is a software platform that helps physicians practicing in the United States make better-informed treatment decisions using each patient's digital health data and get reimbursed for doing so. 
We offer an end-to-end solution that combines both clinical visualization and revenue cycle management tools for the following digital health modalities:

1. Remote patient monitoring (RPM), 
2. Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
3. Telehealth
4. Movement disorder monitoring

COMPATIBLE DEVICES: 

1. FDA 510(k)-cleared blood pressure cuffs, weight, and body composition scales that feature built-in 4G cellular network connectivity. These do not require a patient to have a smartphone and can be managed from the cloud.
2. Continuous glucose monitors from Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre, including both prescription-only (G7, G6, Pro, Libre 3, Libre 2) and over-the-counter models (e.g., Stelo, Lingo, and Rio)
3. Apple Watch, including all Apple Health data types from our iOS app (HeartCloud Sync)
4. Smart rings from Oura and Ultrahuman
5. Movement disorder monitoring using neurology-specific functionality on the Apple Watch
