Heartland Barge Management, LLC provides barge line services, barge management, barge charters, barges for sale or lease, marine consulting and brokerage services for inland waterways in the United States and throughout the world. 

Heartland Fabrication, LLC offers extraordinary value at competitive prices in Maine (barge construction and repairs), Metal Processing (blasting, priming, cutting and bending), Structures (bridge, building and other construction) and Coatings (painting large structures to exact specifications). 

Heartland Rail, LLC owns, leases, and manages rail cars primarily serving grain, fertilizer, and aggregate customers. 

Heartland Commercial Real Estate, LLC provides advisory, brokerage, and management services for commercial real estate clients.
