In 2019, Heartland merged with Laird Norton Company and now operates as a majority-owned subsidiary. On behalf of Laird Norton Properties, Heartland provides asset management for a portfolio of 16 office and multifamily assets totaling roughly 2 million square feet across five markets: Seattle, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Portland. The firm focuses on mitigating risk and unlocking value within the existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities for LNP.
