At HEATH RASKY BOWEN PA, our exclusive practice is civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death defense, involving both personal and commercial clients, insureds and insurance companies. The injury cases arise from motor vehicle accidents, but also other accidents, including premises liability, slip and falls, or negligent security.

The firm was founded by former local Trial Lawyers David Heath & George Rasky in 2000.  We are now a 100% woman-owned firm. Owner and Managing Partner Jessica Bowen is among the roughly 1% of licensed attorneys in the State of Florida to have earned Board Certification in Civil Trials. She has been serving clients' needs with the firm since 2008.
