Heila Cranes, founded in the 70s, manufacture heavy-duty cranes expressly designed and manufactured for marine applications, both shipboard and off-shore, where design, safety and reliability standards are extremely demanding and severe hostile environmental conditions prevail. Designing, research&development and manufacturing are carried out at our facilities situated in Reggio Emilia, Italy, in close contact with a consolidated network of qualified suppliers in both the hydraulic and automation sectors. Heila Cranes offer their customers a wide range of products designed according to DIN 15018 class H1/B3 and the principal international standards for shipboard and offshore applications such as EN 13582, API 2C, LAME, DNV 2.22. Heila Cranes have extensive experience in designing and certifying their cranes according to the most accredited international bodies such as ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, GL, LR, RINA, NMD, RS. A well-established quality assurance system, operating since 1983 and currently UNI EN ISO 9001 certified, ensures that all our products and services meet the required quality standards and the specific needs of each single supply. Surface treatment of metal structures, suitable for marine environments and long-term corrosion resistance, is in accordance with ISO EN UNI 12944-5 class C5M standard.
