Founded in 1982, Heller & Metzger, Inc. On has been at the forefront of developing customized specifications suited to the demanding and unique designs of our clients. The firm has grown from a two person shop to one of the largest and most successful specification consulting firms in the country. Our staff of seven includes registered architects who have worked as project architects, as well as LEED accredited professionals, technical writers, and support staff.  

Heller & Metzger creates specifications, performance criteria, and sustainable design solutions that are customized to each project. Dedicated to providing quality services to our clients in the design and construction industry, our work must reflect our clients’ design excellence and result in facilities that perform beyond expectations.
