When a customer reaches out to HeLP for a quote, we are getting bids from our robust CSA approved carrier base while also making phones calls. We use 20 minutes as our benchmark for getting back to the customer - giving them the best option based on protect time, price and service. Once the shipment is booked our expert staff is monitoring the shipment from pick up to delivery ensuring that it runs smoothly.
