Her Next Play is a small nonprofit based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, focused on developing the next generation of women leaders through sport. Its programs aim to keep girls engaged in athletic participation, help them grow as leaders through sports, and support athletes in launching and accelerating their careers. The organization collaborates with schools, athletic departments, coaches, employers, and other community groups to deliver programming and actively engage student-athletes. The primary beneficiaries are female student-athletes and girls involved in sports.

Operating within the nonprofit sector, it sits at the intersection of education, athletics, and leadership development. In February 2021, Her Next Play partnered with the University of Minnesota to host a Career Accelerator workshop, illustrating collaboration with higher education institutions.
