Heritage Conservancy is an environmental services organization that works to protect and care for regional lands, while also sharing the history embedded in those landscapes and fostering connections between people and the natural world. It collaborates with landowners, businesses, governments, schools, and mission-focused groups to safeguard open spaces, farmland, wildlife habitat, and watershed areas, supporting long-term wellness and planetary health. Based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, the group operates across Bucks, Montgomery, and Northampton Counties and has helped preserve thousands of acres and recognize hundreds of historic structures on its heritage register, while engaging thousands of community members in nature education annually. In addition to land protection, Heritage Conservancy pursues historic preservation and educational initiatives, and has recently supported partnerships and programs through collaborations with local school districts and conservation organizations to expand inclusive environmental literacy and professional development for watershed education.
