Heritage Hospice is a Georgia-licensed, Medicare certified organization providing comprehensive, compassionate care to people with life-limiting illnesses and support to their loved ones. We are an independent community-based hospice located in Cobb County, deeply committed to the comfort of our patients. Heritage cares for all who need and seek our services without regard for age, gender, nationality, race, creed, sexual orientation, disability, diagnosis or ability to pay. 

Heritage is privately owned by nurses who value life and believe that hospice care is a mean to address end of life issues with dignity, compassion and expertise. Heritage is proud of its state of the art 12 bed Inpatient Facility located in Cobb County. Heritage provides home hospice services to patients throughout metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas.
