H.I.B. PLANNING & BENEFITS was founded by Dirk Alexander in 1992. Mr. Alexander started his career in New York City as a producer specializing in providing services for the specific needs of physcians and attorneys. After his time in New York, he moved into private practice in Central New Jersey where he lives. As an independent advisor, representing clients rather than insurance or investment companies, he was able to build a first rate financial services company. The primary objective of building the practice was to inform clients of their options and provide personal service. With so many companies offering the same products, Mr. Alexander found that he could offer his clients something different: OLD FASHIONED PERSONAL SERVICE! With this deep belief in providing education and service, he adopted the slogan The Value of Service... At H.I.B.
