Hill Communications is a student-run public relations and communications firm operating out of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse, New York. It provides individualized public relations services to paying clients, blending academic learning with hands-on campaigns. The organization is one of 21 student-run firms nationally affiliated with the Public Relations Society of America and has earned multiple awards for its work. 

The program supports the development of aspiring PR professionals by offering practical client experience and opportunities for members to assume increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. Members have interned at firms such as Weber Shandwick and Edelman, and alumni have gone on to roles at leading PR firms and companies. In the 2019-2020 school year, Hill Communications celebrated its 19th anniversary, with over 90 members and more than 20 clients.
