Hill Tide Partners was founded as a real estate investment company that provides growth capital and investment services to its partners. The firm leverages the partners’ combined experience of more than 35 years in the Real Estate and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry to develop synergies across its partner operating companies. The founders believe that everyone deserves affordable housing, and strive to have a positive impact on communities through housing development.

Hill Tide focuses on forming strategic partnerships with experienced affordable housing developers. Our relationship with every partner is unique, but typical roles include providing capital in the form of financial backing and administrative support, serving as a development partner and guarantor for deals sourced by the firm and its partners, and assisting partners with the placement of debt and equity for their transactions.

We seek out partners who share common values, and we maintain a strong focus on building and preserving long-term relationships.

Hill Tide currently has partners operating in SC, FL, GA, NC, VA, TX, OK, and MO and is looking to expand into other growth markets across the country.
