Small Team, High Reach ASU Hillel operates with an extremely small staff (0-1) but serves a large, active student community within Arizona State University. This creates a clear need for scalable, lightweight partnership and fundraising solutions, such as automated donor management, volunteer coordination, and modular programming tools that amplify impact without requiring internal headcount growth.

Student Career Pathways The organization runs internship programs across Marketing, Graphic Design, Non-profit Management, Event Planning, Music, Israel Advocacy, and Community Organizing, presenting an opportunity to offer professional development platforms, micro-internships, and sponsor-led projects that align with university programs and recruitment pipelines.

Digital Engagement The tech stack includes Snowplow, iCIMS, Weebly, Google Workspace, Slick, Piwik PRO Core, Zoom, and Facebook, indicating active data tracking, recruitment, and online collaboration. This presents opportunities to sell advanced analytics, CRM enhancements, and digital fundraising or engagement tools tailored to small nonprofits with active student audiences.

Revenue Opportunity Current revenue is under one million, signaling a manageable budget for targeted efficiency gains, sponsorships, and grant-ready solutions. Focus on affordable, ROI-driven offerings such as grant management, event tech, and scalable marketing automation that grow impact without large capital expenditure.

Community Impact Lens The organization emphasizes education, identity development, and community building around Jewish life, Israel, and global engagement. There is potential for partnerships around program monetization, digital content distribution, and alumni/partner networks that can unlock sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, and strategic collaborations.
