Hillel of Colorado is a religious institutions organization that supports Jewish undergraduate and graduate students by fostering a pluralistic, welcoming environment where they can grow intellectually, spiritually, and socially. Its work centers on encouraging students to engage with tzedek, tikkun olam, and Jewish learning while supporting Israel and global Jewish peoplehood, aiming to balance distinctively Jewish and universally human aspects of student life. Based in Denver, Colorado, the organization serves campuses in the region and has recently expanded to include Auraria Hillel serving multiple downtown campuses in Colorado, and its office footprint was extended with a new presence in Golden, Colorado. The group emphasizes collaboration with local partners and security networks to maintain a safe, supportive setting for Jewish student life, and it operates within the broader religious institutions sector, addressing the needs of Jewish students across higher education institutions in the area.
