Meters, located in Dandenong, in the South East area of Melbourne, and a third manufacturing plant of 4000 sq Queensland. Meters in size, in the South West region of Brisbane. Hilton is now the preferred supplier to Volvo & Mack, Kenworth, Mercedes, Iveco and Western Star of fuel tanks and associated mounting components. Hilton Manufacturing also supplies all of the Australian truck companies with aftermarket products and is a major supplier to truck aftermarket of its own unique fuel tank products via its distributors located around Australia. In recent years, Hilton Manufacturing initiated a program to upgrade its equipment to enable it to offer the latest manufacturing processes to its clients. This new equipment enables Hilton Manufacturing to offer its client’s products at the highest quality standard whilst keeping the manufacturing costs down. Hilton Manufacturing is currently accredited to internationally recognised standards ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Evironmental) A lean manufacturing culture has been adopted within the company including Lean Capability, 5S, and Just in Time delivery, which ensures Hilton Manufacturing has the resources to maintain its global competitiveness.
