I personally have been working on homes from the ground up since the mid 1980's, I then ventured into quality assurance in the mid 1990's and once again furthered my career into the team management and supervisory positions through the early 2000's. I decided to pull my business license and become a self employed local handyman in February of 2005 and once again pushed things to the next level as to better serve my clients and in October of 2011 to become a licensed general B contractor. Once again we made a change to better suit our clients and eliminate confusion by changing the name to reflect our current target projects.

H.I.P. Renovations-Home Improvement Pros works on everything inside and out to improve your home from full kitchen and bathroom designs, renovations, remodeling and additions.
Hence now I am a state licensed class B general contractor (Ca, Lic, #966752) so I can do any and/or every step of your process with just your one call.
I can help with the design of your project, paper work for pulling city permits, demolition all the way through the last drop of touch up paint.
