HiveBio Community Lab is a 5013c biology lab open to the public. In exchange for membership dues our members have access to our BSL 1 lab and equipment to carry out their own research and experiments. At HiveBio, all members retain their own IP rights.

 In addition to providing our community with lab space and tools, we offer regular classes that are open to the public. Our classes are open to all ages and cover subjects in molecular biology, neuroscience, chemistry, genetics and more. 

We also have 2 student outreach programs that seek to proliferate science knowledge in area schools. These programs are funded in part by a grant from the Nation Science Foundation.
