HKSTP is a Hong Kong-based organization that supports technology development by providing infrastructure and a collaborative network to help innovators turn ideas into impact. Over more than twenty years, it has worked to position Hong Kong as an international I&T hub, operating major campuses including the Hong Kong Science Park, InnoCentre, the IINNOPARK sites in Tai Po, Tseung Kwan O, and Yuen Long, as well as the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park.

The organization concentrates on four focus areas—AI & Robotics, Data & Smart City, Biomedical Technology, and Fintech—and offers incubator programs and pathways to commercialize technologies for entrepreneurs and companies at varying stages. Its activities are carried out from its innovation campuses and through its global network to connect talents, partners, and resources, supporting a broad ecosystem in Hong Kong and beyond. In March 2026, HKSTP launched the GIE platform to convene innovators, investors, corporates, and other stakeholders from around the world.
