Zimmerman, AIA, organized a professional team of architects, engineers and designers as well as technical, material, building systems specialists who are expert in façade restoration, interior and exterior rehabilitation, MEP and structural engineering, historic preservation, and roof inspection and repair. At HLZAE, we address the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation needs of existing buildings. Our primary responsibility is to assess, evaluate and analyze buildings, estimate costs, produce schedules, research materials, codes and methods, prepare specifications, and resolve complex construction challenges and defect litigation issues.
