HMT Electric Inc. is a mid-sized electrical contractor focused on construction, established in 2007 and based in Escondido, California. Its early work included a 36-story Bayside project under a contract from Nat Bosa, and the company has since grown from a modest start to a broader geographic footprint including Seattle. In 2011 it expanded to form two new entities, HMT Electric Solar Inc. and HMT Electric North Inc., broadening its services into solar and extending its regional presence.

HMT Renewable Services Inc., created in 2016, handles commercial solar and smart battery storage installations, with canopy, rooftop, and ground-mount PV configurations and a pipeline nearing 100 megawatts. Alongside its solar work, the group delivers electrical services for high-rise and commercial construction, including tenant improvements, building core and shells, fire alarm and security systems, building automation controls, and energy storage, supported by a dedicated pre-construction division and fabrication capabilities.
