Wastewater analysis, salt and sugar analysis, and laboratory supplies are our specialties at hoh-PAK Ltd. and hoh-PAK Laboratory, Inc. hoh-PAK Ltd. was formed in 1979 by Robert DeKeyzer and his family. In those early years, we provided sewage test kits and had a small laboratory that began analyzing wastewater samples for several area municipalities. Those earliest customers are still with us. Over time, the laboratory section of hoh-PAK Ltd. became an independent entity, hoh-PAK Laboratory, Inc. We serve municipal entities, parish school boards, non-municipal sewage treatment plants, and industries. In addition, we provide services to dozens of clients with other wastewater needs, such as washwater, stormwater runoff, etc. Our Analytical Laboratory provides analytical testing for salt and sugar, and hoh-PAK Ltd. furnishes laboratory supplies to wastewater treatment plants, sugar mills (core labs and factory labs), and industrial labs. Our approach at hoh–PAK is simply this: To focus on what we do best, excel at it, and provide our customers with outstanding service and absolutely reliable results. We keep our costs as streamlined as possible without skimping on anything necessary to run analyses according to methods required by our customers’ permits. Our environmental laboratory adheres to the Standard set forth by LDEQ’s Louisiana Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (LELAP) and have been accredited since the inception of the program. We will not “cut corners” in analysis and reporting in order to lower prices. This would be detrimental to our business in the long run, and it could cause serious legal and regulatory problems for our customers. We don’t work that way. We believe that the best customer service is to be there for you as promised, doing our job to the very best of our capability, providing you accurate and reliable results, and providing you backup and support with your wastewater compliance.
