HOLBERT APPLE ASSOCIATES, INC. (HAA) located in Olney, Maryland (a northern suburb of Washington, DC) is engaged solely in the practice of consulting structural engineering. The firm was established in 2001 and is a certified Maryland small business with eleven staff members.
