We assist with any market or life changes that may impact their property or business, and then we look for opportunities that could help them grow.

At Holcombe, Fair & Lane, we recognize that the sale or lease of a property is a crucial time in determining the trajectory of an asset. Wanting to offer honest and responsible expertise, our partners founded “Hanckel & Holcombe” as a full-service real estate brokerage in 1927.
 
Never shifting from our mission of careful and responsible management of local resources, we continue to this day assisting property and business owners in navigating the complex waters of residential, rural land and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, we offer property management services to commercial and industrial property owners.
 
Our agents are local Charlestonians who grew up enjoying the charm of Charleston and the beauty of the outdoors. Being personally aware of the necessity for permanent land use restrictions to protect special places, our agents have all placed conservation easements on their family properties in rural South Carolina.
