We offer a full range of tax compliance services for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates, as well as tax planning and consulting. From our perspective, preparation of one year's return is the beginning of the planning phase for the subsequent year.

QuickBooks consulting, bookkeeping and accounting services, payroll preparation and tax reporting, preparation of sales tax returns, workers compensation and general liability insurance audit assistance, and communication with bonding agencies.

We prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements and any accounting and bookkeeping assistance required for completion of the financial statements. While these activities typically occur at the end of each year, we prefer to be involved with each client throughout the year. That way, the year-end process is more efficient and timely and there are no year-end surprises, for the client or for us.

We perform audits and agreed upon procedures for variety of industries including privately held companies, nonprofit organizations and water systems.

Business management consulting, litigation support services, assistance with business valuation issues, and direct communication with banks, attorneys, and other service providers on behalf of our clients.
