Hold It All Inc. is the holding company for the personal business interests of Chip and Summer Wilson and their five sons. HIA has five focus areas: apparel, real estate, private equity, passive investments and philanthropy. APPAREL Chip’s career in the apparel industry began in 1979 as Founder & CEO of Westbeach Snowboarding Ltd. In 1998, he founded lululemon athletica inc., creating "athleisure", an entirely new apparel category that has since grown to become a $100B global business.
