Founded by a group of civic-minded Houstonians in 1949, Holly Hall is Houston’s first retirement community. A strong history of community support and philanthropy has allowed Holly Hall to keep its vibrant legacy of caring and community involvement. Today, as a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Holly Hall is governed by our 51-member board of directors, and our administrative staff oversees daily operations. Many staff members have served Holly Hall residents for decades, which speaks to our sound management and retention of happy, compassionate and respectful employees who truly love the work they do and take pride in the quality of service they provide. In March 2012, Holly Hall began to accept Medicare, which allows residents to remain at Holly Hall while they receive prescribed medical care. We are proud to work with the University of Texas Medical School and Baylor College of Medicine fellowship programs. Holly Hall has served its residents with care, compassion, and love for over 70 years and offers many rewarding careers and opportunities for professional growth. We invite you to join Holly Hall as we continue to provide a high quality of care to our residents while exemplifying our Core Values of Peace, Excellence, Respect, and Compassion. Holly Hall places a strong emphasis on excellence, diversity, and equality towards all employees and is an equal opportunity employer.
