Holly, Wood + Vine is a New York City based landscape design, installation and maintenance company that has been designing and collaborating on a diverse range of corporate, public and residential projects for 25 years.
 
Although we specialize in residential roof tops and terraces, our continuing relationship with managing agents means we are frequently asked to design and maintain communal roof tops, semi-private courtyards and building fronts. We have also contributed to the beautification of the city through our relationship with the New York City Parks Department.

 
Because we provide design, installation and maintenance services, we’re able to see a garden through all phases, from the initial design concept to day-to-day maintenance. We manage every aspect of a project, remaining involved from start to finish. Our goal is to have an ongoing relationship with our clients and their gardens.
 
While most of our endeavors are based on in-house designs, we have established relationships and collaborations with landscape architects, architectural firms, and general contractors. We also work closely with a small group of select carpenters, masons, lighting and irrigation specialists. These long-term, trusted relationships provide our clients and us with accountability and confidence.
