The Hollywood Fringe Festival is an annual, open-access event in the performing arts based in Los Angeles, California. It takes place each June across a wide array of venues in the Hollywood neighborhood, hosting hundreds of productions by local, national, and international artists and independent performers. As a non-profit organization, it returns all box office receipts to participating artists and venues, emphasizing freedom of expression and collaboration, with participants self-producing their work.

It serves performing artists and companies seeking a platform that lowers barriers and showcases diverse, contemporary viewpoints. In 2023, the festival partnered with the Los Angeles Female Playwrights Initiative to support women and nonbinary writers during HFF23. It has also pursued international fringe exchanges, including a 2021 collaboration with Gothenburg Fringe Festival as part of its Fringe Abroad program.
