Hollywood International Regional Center (HIRC) is a Los Angeles based real estate developer and EB-5 regional center. HIRC finances, develops, and manages luxury hospitality and residential projects with a specific focus on downtown Los Angeles. With over 30 years of experience within the Los Angeles market, we have developed strong relationships with the best-in-class partners. 

EB-5 is a U.S. Immigration investment program that allows foreign investors an opportunity to invest in US projects and, in return, acquire a permanent US green card.  

HIRC currently has 6 luxury hotel projects in varying stages of development that, when complete, will comprise of over 2,000 hotel rooms with an estimated value of over $1 billion USD. Our current portfolio of hospitality brand partnerships includes: The Tao Group, Dream Hotels, Thompson Hotels, and Tommie Hotels.
