Holy Angel University is an independent Catholic university based in Angeles City, Pampanga, in the Philippines. Founded in 1933, it is noted as the first Catholic school in the country established by laypeople and the first Catholic high school to admit students of all genders. The campus covers seven hectares on the city’s prime estate and serves more than 17,000 students this school year, making it one of the region's largest private universities. The institution has been recognized for academic excellence by the Commission on Higher Education, including renewal of its Autonomous Status, and it holds international accreditation from the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education—the only institution in the Philippines and the Far East with this credential. PAASCU has granted Level II re-accreditation to several programs, with Elementary School at Level I and the Graduate School at candidate status. In March 2026, Holy Angel University launched the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP).
