Homestead Development Partners is a group passionate professionals with a wide array of real estate experience including hands-on and executive level operations, ground-up student and multifamily development, finance, acquisitions and redevelopments both large and small.

Based in Park City, Utah and South Florida; Homestead’s focus is to develop and acquire high caliber student housing in markets nationwide – preferably within close proximity to campus. Student communities will be focused in tier two and tier three markets with a smaller emphasis on tier one.

Homestead’s core competencies result from the principal team’s experience and involvement in successfully developing, acquiring, managing and repositioning student housing and conventional multifamily in markets nationwide. As an owner and developer – we have crafted intelligent development and acquisition platforms. We haven’t set our sights on being one of the big guys. Our goal is to remain nimble, opportunistic and focused on delivering an experience unique to each market in which we operate. We define our value in what we deliver, not on our unit count.
