HomesteadCS' Counseling and Education programs decrease foreclosure, increase homeownership, and ensure that families in Tippecanoe and nine surrounding Counties have safe and affordable homes. These programs include: - Pre-purchase Counseling - HomeBuyer Education - Down Payment Assistance - Foreclosure and Delinquency Counseling - Home Repair Grants - Reverse Mortgage Counseling - Tenant Education - Bank On Tippecanoe With these programs, we make clients aware of their options in order for them to make informed decisions. If further action is necessary, we work on the client's behalf to achieve the best possible solution. Because we are certified by the State of Indiana and the U.S. Deptartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), our clients have access to additional resources that for-profit organizations are unable to offer. With the help of grants and charitable donations, nearly all of our programs are free.
