Hope Hotel & Richard C. Holbrooke Conference Center is a privately owned hospitality property located at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. It originated to support military housing and meetings, and the project received congressional approval to proceed. It now offers a public entrance that allows guests to reserve sleeping rooms and meeting space without entering the base, and operates as the largest full-service facility in Greene County with the region’s largest hotel ballroom in a three-county area. Named after Bob Hope, the hotel opened in 1990 and has a historical association with notable events related to international diplomacy, including hosting the Proximity Peace Talks in 1995. It remains a privately owned establishment operating on military property, maintaining ties to both military and civilian audiences. Since 2019, Wright-Patterson AFB has hosted the Hiring Our Heroes Career Summit at the Hope Hotel, reflecting ongoing collaboration with the base and its community.
