Horizon Empowers is a not-for-profit organization that is determined to break the cycle of poverty through the empowerment of orphaned children, vulnerable children and at-risk youth to a life of self-sustainability.  

Our Micro-Communities are places in which we empower children and youth while strengthening families and building community resiliency.


Horizon wants to radically transform the way poverty-harmed children and at-risk youth are cared for, while creating opportunities for people worldwide to engage in an experience of shared humanity and meaningful purpose.
