Horizon Real Estate Solutions is always looking for Realtors to join our team. We have an excellent reputation and proven track record. Our sales have exceeded $50,000,000 in the past few years so we are looking to expand our existing team. All successful candidates will enjoy a great team atmosphere, built upon competitive values, tools required to propel their career and support necessary to close deals. There will be support from a accessible and knowledgeable broker at your disposal, and each successful candidate will also receive a competitive commission split which will be based on the level of expertise.

To be considered for a position, you must meet the following requirements:

Be in possession of an active Florida Real Estate license
Be a member in Good standing of one of the following Boards: Miami Realtor Association, Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches, or My Florida Regional MLS
Two to five years of experience in preferred, but not required
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Possess a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
Possess excellent communication skills
24 hour access to office and conference rooms.
