Governance Structure Independent Board of Directors for Horizon Science Academy High School with ultimate accountability to the sponsor suggests a potential partner for procurement and compliance-focused solutions, including budgeting support, reporting capabilities, and scalable implementation with governance alignment.

Growth Readiness As a 9-12 public charter with a focus on math, science, and technology and a relatively small staff (11-50), the school may be seeking scalable, cost-effective education tech, STEM curriculum enhancements, training, and professional development to support student outcomes.

Competitive Landscape Presence within a network of similar institutions (Whitehall, Dublin, KIPP Columbus) signals opportunities to tailor proposals that address charter-specific procurement cycles, grant-enabled tech purchases, and shared services across multiple campuses under Concept Schools.
