Imagine for a second that you or a loved one has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or disease. Your last wish is to pass at home. Home, the place where memories were made, a place where the laughter filled the walls, a place where possibly your children grew up and your grandchildren now frequent, a place where you call home.  
This is where we come in. Hospice of the Plains has been your small, rural, hometown end-of-life provider since 1995. We know the end can be difficult, scary, and something not discussed but for us, we know that everyone deserves to live their life fully, until their final breath!
